Pima County Code §9.30.070 restricts outdoor construction noise to permitted hours. Concrete work: 5 AM–7 PM (Apr 15–Oct 15) and 6 AM–7 PM (Oct 16–Apr 14). All other construction requires a county permit for work outside permitted windows.
§9.30.070 prohibits operating equipment or performing outside construction or repair work outside specified time periods unless a county permit is obtained. Concrete may be poured between 5 AM and 7 PM (April 15–October 15) and 6 AM–7 PM (October 16–April 14) or as authorized by permit. Pile drivers, power shovels, pneumatic hammers, derricks, and similar devices require compliance with permitted hours.
