ยง9.30.070 prohibits operating equipment or performing outside construction or repair work outside specified time periods unless a county permit is obtained. Concrete may be poured between 5 AM and 7 PM (April 15โOctober 15) and 6 AMโ7 PM (October 16โApril 14) or as authorized by permit. Pile drivers, power shovels, pneumatic hammers, derricks, and similar devices require compliance with permitted hours.
