No Sound tested by a Sound Level Meter shall be deemed to be in violation of this Ordinance unless the offending Sound exceeds the Sound Level limits in Table I, and also exceeds the then existing Ambient Sound Level by at least five (5) dB(A) or five (5) dB(C), at the sound-affected site or unit.
