Routine residential lawn maintenance is permitted, but operators must avoid causing sound audible 100 feet or more from the source in a manner that disturbs reasonable persons. The city does not currently ban gas-powered blowers or impose specific gas-versus-electric restrictions. Commercial landscapers should align operating hours with the construction-hours framework when working near homes.
