Major body work and painting are not permitted in residential neighborhoods unless inside an enclosed approved area (§1110.302.8). Unlicensed vehicles may not be operated or parked on any roadway.
Tow at owner expense; up to $1,000 fine; special tax bill for cleanup costs.
