On private residential property, inoperable vehicles must be stored in enclosed garage or screened from street view. Unregistered vehicles in driveways cited within 10 days. Junked vehicles (wrecked, dismantled, missing parts) prohibited in residential zones regardless of screening. After tow, owners have 35 days to claim vehicle; after that, towing company may sell per FL Β§713.78.
