Lockport §97.15 allows 30-day active repair exception with permit. Notice served per 625 ILCS 5/4-208 gives 21 days to reclaim from impound. Unclaimed vehicles sold at public auction per 625 ILCS 5/4-209 with proceeds to municipality after lien satisfaction.
