Spartanburg County, SC Parking Rules: Commercial & Oversized Vehicles (2026)

Spartanburg County Code § 74-77 provides that, notwithstanding any permit or exemption provision, no oversized load or vehicle may be placed on public roads in the unincorporated county if it could not lawfully be on the county's roads. Section 74-71 makes it unlawful to place on any county road a vehicle exceeding the article's size or weight limits; the county may allow combinations up to four units and 65 feet at speeds under 20 mph.
