Violations & Fines
Parking a commercial vehicle in violation of § 71.13(A)(3) or (B)(4) draws a § 71.99 citation: a $30 civil penalty for a first or second violation within a rolling 365 days, $60 for a third or later violation in that period, and up to $500 if contested and lost. An officer may also have the vehicle towed under § 71.15 if it poses a hazard or repeated tickets accumulate.
