111(G)(1) sets vehicle-services use standards for automobile repair facilities, with a compliance deadline of November 15, 2005 for existing property owners. Subsection (g) specifically addresses parking surfaces: at minimum 50% of the required parking for the facility must be surfaced with asphalt or concrete, and both handicapped-accessible parking and any parking located in the front yard must be paved without exception, regardless of how the rest of the lot is finished. Any remaining, non-paved parking area is allowed to be graded and surfaced with crushed stone, gravel, or similar material, but only at a minimum depth of six inches, and it has to be maintained so it doesn't generate dust that affects neighboring properties or the public right-of-way.

The same subsection layers on related site standards for the same use: junked or inoperable vehicles and parts must be screened behind a six-foot opaque fence or evergreen hedge, kept to a maximum of two vehicles outside a secured area, barred from the front yard or buffer, and access must remain open for fire apparatus at all times. Vehicle sales on the property are capped at four vehicles per year, and expansion of an existing operational area is barred except through the normal permitting process.
