Stalls built before December 2020 may be downsized to compact to accommodate chargers. Single-family homeowners often install Level 2 chargers on private driveways, but Mililani HOAs have their own rules for aesthetic approval, cable routing, and guest-stall retrofits that condo owners must follow.
