Under Chapter 3 of the Rosenberg City Code, an unoccupied recreational vehicle may be parked or stored on private property only if no one occupies it for use, no water or sewer utilities are connected (temporary or permanent), and the vehicle does not extend over public property. An occupied recreational vehicle may be temporarily placed on privately owned property for no more than seven consecutive days. RVs parked on a public street must comply with all applicable parking ordinances and Texas state law.
