(A) In any place that obstructs or encroaches upon the triangular area required to be kept clear for visibility... and (B) In any manner which will obstruct the view of drivers in vehicles approaching an intersection of two roads or the intersection of a road and a driveway.

Full Breakdown
§ 17.02.002 prohibits stopping, parking, or leaving any vehicle standing, attended or not, in two situations, with no sign required: (A) where it obstructs or encroaches on the triangular area that must stay clear for visibility under § 25.29.013, and (B) where it blocks the view of drivers approaching the intersection of two roads, or of a road and a driveway. Because the ban applies "at all times," it doesn't depend on posted signs or curb markings the way § 17.02.001 does. A vehicle parked in violation is subject to removal under § 17.02.004(B). This rule reaches only county roads in unincorporated San Benito County, not streets inside Hollister or San Juan Bautista.
Violations & Fines
Parking so as to block a required visibility triangle or a driver's view at a road or driveway intersection violates § 17.02.002 and can result in vehicle removal.
