Anoka County does not govern city streets. In Blaine, no vehicle may stand on a street, alley, or highway for more than 48 consecutive hours. Coon Rapids also bars wrong-side parking and parking a vehicle mainly to display it for sale.
Residential street parking is controlled by your city under Minn. Stat. §169 (uniform traffic) and local code, not by Anoka County. Blaine Code of Ordinances §82-151 caps continuous street parking at 48 hours. Coon Rapids prohibits parking on the wrong side of the street facing traffic (Ordinance 9-104) and parking a vehicle on a street for the principal purpose of displaying it for sale (Ordinance 9-110). Overnight and snow rules add further limits in winter.
Vehicles left beyond limits may be tagged, ticketed, or towed at the owner's expense.
