Summary

Mercer County bans parking outright on several named streets at Trenton-Mercer Airport, enforced under the county's own traffic code.

These county ordinances apply to unincorporated areas of Mercer County. Incorporated cities within the county may have their own rules that take precedence over county-level regulations.

No parking zones. There shall be no parking in posted zones or designated areas as described in Schedule I (§ 6.03.120) and as indicated on the map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and made a part of this chapter.

C. Angle parking zones. No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 6.03.130) and as indicated on the map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and made a part of this chapter except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.

D. Restricted parking space. The locations described in Schedule II-A (§ 6.03.140) of the ordinance codified in this chapter are designated as restricted parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards by the Division of Motor Vehicles. No other person shall be permitted to park in these areas.
