5567.1 Posting and Designation. The perimeter of the exterior premises and all entrances to County property located at 415 E. 12th Street in Kansas City, MO shall be posted No Smoking signs and any designated smoking pavilion will be posted for its intended use. (Ord. 3709, Eff. 11/23/05)
5567.2 Penalty. Any person who violates the provisions of Section 5567. of this Chapter shall on conviction be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail or detention facility for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by both.
