No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted or consumed within the pool area. Alcoholic beverages may be, however, consumed elsewhere in the city parks during normal hours. Glass containers are prohibited from all city parks and pool area.

c. No motorized vehicles, except maintenance or emergency vehicles, will be allowed in any part of the park, except designated street and parking areas without special permission of the city manager.

d. Bicycles and skateboards are prohibited from the park pavilion.

e. Dirt bikes, all terrain vehicles (ATV's), go-carts, and other "off road" vehicles are prohibited in all city parks.

(4) North Park Lake policies.

a. Recreational swimming is prohibited in North Park Lake. However, persons attempting to save another life shall not be prosecuted for swimming.

b. Fishing is permitted from the banks, piers, or boats in accordance with Texas law.

c. Boats are permitted provided that they are registered and operated in accordance with Texas law. Boat motors are prohibited, except battery operated electric trolling motors, not exceed 12 volts. All boats must be operated under the supervision of a person 18 years of age or older.

d. Camping in North Park without a permit is prohibited. Camping permits may be obtained by registering the vehicles and persons that will be camping and paying a fee per vehicle per night. The camping fee may be waived by the city manager for civic organizations
