10.30.010 - Roadways and sidewalks. No person shall ride or propel skateboards, rollerskates, coasters, toy vehicles or similar devices on public highways, sidewalks, roadways or parking lots in the unincorporated area of Calaveras County in such a manner as to interfere with the movement of vehicles or pedestrians thereon. ... 10.30.020 - Posting by property owner. No person shall ride or propel skateboards, rollerskates, coasters, toy vehicles or similar devices upon any privately or publicly owned property where signs have been posted by the property owner or his agent forbidding such conduct. ... 10.30.030 - Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be fined fifty dollars for the first offense, one hundred dollars for the second offense within a year and two hundred fifty dollars for a third or any subsequent offense in a year.
