Full Breakdown
Sec. 4.2.15.C.3.e requires every annual short-term rental permit application filed with the business license division to list the number and location of parking spaces allotted to the property. Unlike home-stay bed and breakfasts, which must provide one off-street space per bedroom under subsection B.1, the short-term rental rules stop at disclosure: the director reviews the stated spaces when approving, denying, suspending or revoking the permit. Applies only in unincorporated DeKalb County.
Violations & Fines
Omitting or misrepresenting parking information on the STR permit application is grounds for denial, suspension or revocation under Sec. 15-45.
