The Cobb County STR ordinance (Ch. 78, Div. 11) mandates one off-street parking space for each bedroom in the rental unit plus one additional space, in conformance with zoning requirements. The maximum number of vehicles permitted at the property must be posted at the STR premises. All parking must comply with county zoning standards — vehicles must park on approved surfaces. In R-40/R-80/RR zones, combinations of boats and RVs exceeding three must be screened from public roadways. No more than one vehicle per 390 sq ft of living area (max 4 outside garage) in standard residential zones.
