Seminole County, FL Short-Term Rentals: Short-Term Rental Parking Rules (2026)

LDC Sec. 30.1375(a)(5) incorporates the Sec. 30.1221(1) minimum of two parking spaces for a single-family dwelling, duplex half, or multi-family dwelling, and requires one additional space for each sleeping room in excess of four. All spaces must meet the net area, length, and width standards of Sec. 30.1221 and may be provided in carports, garages, parking lots, or on paved driveways (or a stabilized non-landscaped surface). Parking is prohibited in drainage swales, on public sidewalks, in the street right-of-way where not otherwise permitted, or on pedestrian/bicycle/hiking paths. A survey or sketch showing assigned spaces must be posted inside the unit and kept in the binder.
