Reserving a Gloucester County park pavilion runs through the Department of Parks & Recreation rather than through a single lettered rule: the "Facility Reservation Information" section instructs visitors to submit a written request to the Parks & Recreation administrative office, or apply electronically at gloucestercountynj.gov/646/Parks-Recreation, listing the requesting organization's name and address, a contact person's name, address, and phone number, the date, time, and approximate headcount, and the specific facility wanted. The same page notes that, beyond pavilion use, "a ballfield at Atkinson Memorial Park may be available upon request for group, family or organization outings."

Section 2(q) covers day-of picnicking rather than pavilion booking: park-owned picnic tables, benches, and grills run "first come, first served" unless the Gloucester County Parks and Recreation Department has approved a reservation in advance, and picnicking is barred everywhere else in a Park Area outside the designated spots. Event organizers who want fireworks need more than a picnic reservation: Section 2(hh) bans possessing, discharging, or setting off "fire-crackers, rockets, or fireworks of any kind in any Park Area," with the single exception that "this provision shall not apply to County sponsored or authorized events."

Beyond booking a specific facility, Section 3(c) lets the County Administrator or a designee restrict an entire Park Area "to use for a special event, at any time and for any interval of time," and Section 3(d) allows the County to charge user fees for any Park Area, provided the fees are "clearly posted and due notice provided to the public."
