Plans submitted through the Accela Citizen Access portal must show the proposed pool with dimensions and distances to all property lines and existing structures, adjacent property lines, accessory building footprints, and all trees and drip lines, plus the location of pool equipment with distances to property lines. The barrier must be installed and functional before water is introduced. The handout does not state a specific separate setback for above-ground pools, so applicants should confirm yard/setback requirements with the Planning Department.
