Myrtle Beach Code Sec. 17-23(c) requires solid waste to be placed within five feet of the edge of pavement by 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled pickup day and no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the night before. Sec. 17-23(f) requires all roll carts be returned to the rear or side of the structure by 11:00 p.m. on the collection day. Carts not out when the truck passes are not collected until the next scheduled day unless a paid call-back is scheduled, and lids must close with no overflow. Unincorporated Horry County residents follow the setout schedule of their private hauler or Solid Waste Authority convenience-center hours.
