(Q) Recycling dumpsters and bins. (1) Recycling dumpsters and bins shall be provided appropriate area for multi-family dwellings as defined by the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County. Wherever feasible, areas for collecting and loading recyclable materials shall be adjacent to solid waste collection areas.
