Under Sec. 151.114, construction and demolition debris at any construction, demolition, or renovation site must go into a commercial container or truck until it's hauled away, and all other job-site solid waste also has to go in a commercial container. Substituting a homemade bin or other receptacle for the required commercial container is banned outright, and the County can reject any container it finds unsuitable or undersized. Homeowners doing their own work on their own single-family home are exempt from the commercial-container mandate unless they pile up excessive debris at curbside.
