Martin County bans dumping solid or hazardous waste anywhere in the unincorporated county if it creates an unsanitary nuisance.
It is unlawful for any person to create an unsanitary nuisance in the unincorporated areas of Martin County. It also is unlawful for any person to engage in or permit the dumping, storing, placing or depositing of solid waste or hazardous waste in the unincorporated areas of the County in a manner that will create an unsanitary nuisance.
