Ordinance No. 17, the Solid Waste Hauler Ordinance, defines 'yard trimmings' at Section 2 as grass, grass clippings, bushes, branches, leaves, twigs, shrubs, and clippings from bushes and shrubs, whether generated on residential, commercial, institutional or industrial land.
