Violations & Fines
Sec. 270.230(b) classifies a violation of the reclaimed water part as a Class I violation under Sec. 53.31(a) of the County Code, enforced by the Environmental Services Department Director and staff. The County can also discontinue reclaimed water service for noncompliance, nonpayment, tampering, or an unauthorized cross-connection, and will not restore service until the condition is corrected and all fines and costs are paid, per Sec. 270.228(f).
