Section 590-33.2 does not print its own fine schedule; an adult-oriented business opened without the required I-1/I-2 conditional use permit, sited inside a 1,000-foot buffer, or violating the residential co-location or signage limits is a zoning violation enforced the same way as any other unpermitted use under Chapter 590's general zoning administration and permit process, which can include denial of occupancy and required correction before operation may continue.

Tobacco Retail License

Selling cigarettes, tobacco products or vapor products in Rothschild takes a Village-issued retailer license under the state law the Village has adopted by reference, § 258-1. The Village sets its own annual fee and puts every license on the same calendar, expiring at midnight on the last day of June regardless of when it was issued.

Chapter 258 does not set its own fine schedule, so a retailer caught selling without the license, or violating the incorporated minor-access restrictions, falls under the Village's general penalty in § 1-2: a fine of $10 to $100 for a first offense, rising to $50 to $500 for a repeat violation of the same provision within one year, plus court costs.
