Sidewalk & Mobile Vending
New Rochelle bars licensed sidewalk food vendors from setting up booths or stands, blocking crosswalks, or parking within 25 feet of an intersection, and makes itinerant vendors move at least one city block every half hour under § 235-14, with pushcarts confined to sidewalks at least 10 feet wide.
