Mobile food trucks and temporary commercial kitchens in Port St. Lucie may only run from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. under Code of Ordinances § 121.03(b)(1), and must display written notarized property-owner permission, a state hotel and restaurant license, a current fire inspection certificate, and a local business tax receipt at all times.
