Food Truck Permits

Surprise requires anyone operating a mobile food unit, vehicle, or pushcart to hold a city business license before selling food within city limits. The city may deny or revoke a mobile vendor's license under § 26-36 for operating without required insurance, failing a health inspection, or violating a placement restriction in § 26-29(3).
