Sit-Lie Rules

North Las Vegas bans laying down, sleeping, or storing personal property in ways that block sidewalks, doorways, driveways, fire hydrants, or the public right-of-way under Municipal Code § 8.90.040. Officers must warn violators and point them to shelter before any citation or arrest under § 8.90.050.
