Noise Ordinances in New Haven, CT: What Residents Actually Need to Know

Amplified Music & Outdoor Sound

New Haven's RS-3 zoning district lets event facilities in Historic Residential Structures host outdoor events until 11 p.m., but amplified music at those events must stop by 10 p.m., and only March through November.
