A vehicle left on a street after emergency no-parking signs go up under § 477-5, or blocking plowing on a street added to Schedule XX, is also a nuisance vehicle under § 477-6 and can be towed and stored at the owner's expense before release.

Driveway Rules

Toms River Township requires a paved or unpaved driveway for every single- and two-family home, sized between 10 and 26 feet wide within the road right-of-way.
