Key details: Qualifying signs: NO TRESPASSING, NO PEDDLERS OR AGENTS. Verbal request: Counts same as a posted sign. Covers: Commercial and noncommercial handbills. Exempt: U.S. mail and newspapers.

Distributing handbills, canvassing, or soliciting after being told to stop, or at an address posted 'NO PEDDLERS OR AGENTS'/'NO TRESPASSING'/'NO ADVERTISEMENT,' violates Sec. 18-154 and is a citable Anti-Litter Code offense.
