Section 9-04.090 amends CBC 114.4 to make it unlawful to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, convert, demolish, or occupy any building or structure in violation of the Code. A conviction is a misdemeanor punishable by the fine and imprisonment set out in Title 1, Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code, and each day a violation continues is a separate offense.
