Except as otherwise provided by this chapter and Chapter 15.02 of the Tehama County Code, all plumbing systems associated with construction, alteration, moving, demolition, repair, and use of any building or structure within the county jurisdiction shall be made in conformance with the state code and any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, including the UPC, and the specified appendices.
