4) states plainly that buildings and structures in the Office and Institutional district shall be no more than 35 feet tall, one line inside a dimensional package that also sets minimum lot area, lot width, and yard setbacks for that district. 4) caps any principal building or accessory structure there at 50 feet, reflecting the district's intent to host management headquarters, light manufacturing, and multimedia production facilities that need taller structures than a typical office building.
