05(B). 20 imposes the operating rules that apply to every category the chapter licenses: adult cabarets, adult booths, adult stores, adult theaters, body shops or model studios, and non-exempt massage establishments. and 12:00 noon on a weekday or Saturday, and none may open at all on Sunday or any legal state or federal holiday. Division (L) bars any alcoholic liquor from being sold, used, consumed, or possessed on the licensed premises at any time. Other divisions in the same section prohibit animals other than service dogs, require separate restrooms with no adult materials inside them, bar patrons from non-public storage or dressing areas, ban public nudity and specified sexual activity between employees and patrons, prohibit straddle dances, cap signage at one square foot per foot of lot frontage with a 32-square-foot ceiling and bar temporary signs, prohibit exterior display of adult material, require a manager's station with sight lines to every patron area, and bar gambling devices on the premises. A license is valid for one calendar year running January 1 to December 31.
