This is a flat prohibition, not a numeric limit. Even a home occupation that otherwise satisfies every other HO-02 standard, staying under the 25 percent floor-area cap, employing only residents, and keeping business vehicles under 1 1/2 tons, cannot get licensed if the underlying activity is automotive repair. The conditional-use path in HO-03 that lets other home businesses add an employee or extra parking does not open an exception for banned trades; it only relaxes secondary standards for occupations that are permitted in the first place.
A resident who wants to run an auto repair operation has to locate it in a zoning district that allows automotive repair as a principal use, such as general business or industrial districts, rather than a residential lot.

Operating unlicensed automotive repair as a home occupation is both a business-licensing violation and a zoning violation. Because no license can lawfully issue, any such operation is automatically out of compliance and subject to a citation from the Zoning Administrator or code enforcement under Article 14. Fines run up to $1,000 per offense under Sec. 14.10, each day of continued operation counts as a separate violation under Sec. 14.4, and a criminal citation in magistrate court can carry up to 60 days in jail under Sec. 14.9.
