1) ELECTRONIC INVENTORY TRACKING SYSTEM. Within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of goods pawned, sold to, or brought from every pawn shop or pawnbroker doing business in the County of Saline, Arkansas shall upload the information required by A.C.A. § 12-12-103 to http://leadsonline.com and any other entity designated by the Sheriff of the County of Saline with Quorum Court approval. ... 4) VIOLATIONS. Failure to comply with any provision of this Ordinance shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each separate offense. Each day of noncompliance with this Ordinance shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be punished accordingly.
