02 defines an ELECTRONIC DELIVERY DEVICE broadly as any product delivering nicotine, lobelia, or another substance by inhaling aerosol or vapor, expressly naming e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, vape pens, mods, and tank systems, and folds all of these into the chapter's LICENSED PRODUCTS category alongside tobacco and tobacco-related devices. 03(D) sets every license to expire December 31 of the year issued. 05 lists denial grounds for a license or its renewal: the applicant is under 21, was convicted within the past five years of a licensed-product law violation, had a license revoked within the preceding 12 months, gave false or incomplete information, or is legally barred from holding the license; a renewal can also be denied where the store racked up three or more documented sales to underage buyers in the prior 12 months.
