903(T)(2). A registration cannot be granted within 300 feet of any school, any daycare facility serving minors, or a park attraction, and separately cannot be granted within 300 feet of another registered cannabis oriented business. The measurement runs from the entrance of each building or tenancy rather than from property lines, except for park features, which are measured from the closest boundary of the park feature itself, a distinction that matters on large sites like North Hennepin Community College's campus or the city's larger parks.

903(T)(2)(d) protects an already-operating cannabis business if a school, daycare, or park later opens within what becomes its buffer, so a new neighboring use cannot force an existing registered business to relocate or lose its registration. 04(F) makes clear that an applicant who does not meet the zoning code's buffer requirements will be immediately denied a registration, regardless of whether a numeric registration slot is open.
