Cannabis retailers shall not be located within one thousand (1,000) feet from any child day care center, K-12 school, public park, or youth center. This distance shall be measured from the nearest points of the respective property lines using a direct straight-line measurement without regard to intervening structures, as specified in subdivision (b) of Section 26054 of the Business and Professions Code.

Riverside County allows cannabis retailers -- storefront and non-storefront alike -- only with an approved conditional use permit in the C-1/C-P, C-P-S, I-P, M-SC, M-M, M-H and M-U zones.
