In the City of Arcadia, California, a data center is a permitted use only in the M-1 industrial zone under Table 2-8 of Arcadia Municipal Code § 9102.03.020. It is not allowed in the C-O, C-G or C-R zones, and the downtown table allows it in the CM zone only with a Conditional Use Permit. A use not listed in the table is prohibited.
