In the City of Bellevue, Nebraska, the Permits and Inspections Department may enter and inspect any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming unit, nursing unit or hotel unit, including rental housing, to check its condition. Under § 15-21, owners and occupants must give the department free access at all reasonable times, and § 15-22 separately makes tenants give their landlord access for repairs.
