In the City of Bothell, Washington, city parks open 30 minutes before sunrise and close 30 minutes after sunset. No one can be in a Bothell park after closing without written permission from the parks and recreation director or the director's designee. A violation is a misdemeanor with a fine not to exceed $5,000.
