In Bristol Borough, Pennsylvania, a freestanding residential accessory structure such as a garage, greenhouse, boathouse, carport, canopy or storage shed cannot exceed 15 feet in height or a total of 500 square feet in area. It must sit behind the principal building and at least two feet from the side and rear lot lines.
