Chino Hills bars anyone from pitching a hut, tent, tarpaulin or other temporary structure anywhere in the city's open space preserve. City-Owned Open Space also closes thirty minutes after sunset, and the same chapter separately bans urinating, defecating or dumping refuse there, so overnight camping and any resulting sanitation problem are both already illegal under Chapter 12.32.
